At Braid Health, we use a patient-centred approach to care for our patients in a truly individualised way.

Rather than treating you for an illness or disease, we look at the inter-connecting biochemical, genetic and lifestyle factors that are driving your current state of health.

Instead of giving you a “pill for an ill”, we deliver personalised health care with nutritional medicine and lifestyle modifications as core features. This speciality has gained significant momentum in the United States and is set to revolutionise our current medical model of health care.

Dr Braid has trained extensively in functional medicine and regularly attends additional training and conferences.

She has trained with the Institute of Functional Medicine (AFMCP), The Australasian Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine (ACAAM) and the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.
